Occupational Medicine Physicians offers three convenient locations to best serve you. In addition to our three clinics listed below, we also work with some of our clients to provide on-site medical services where one of our nurse practitioners or physicians is physically on YOUR site weekly, monthly, or as frequently as you prefer. We also realize that some companies operate three shifts and unfortunately there may be a time when an injury occurs after our clinics are closed. We work with the following "after hours" locations who will recommend any necessary follow-up back to OMP the next business day so the case can be managed appropriately and efficiently.

Clarksville
Directions: From I-65 North – Heading to Indianapolis Take exit 5 and turn left onto Veteran’s Parkway. Proceed to Broadway Street and turn right. (Broadway Street turns into Greentree North) Proceed through three-way stop sign. Occupational Medicine Physicians is located on the immediate left. From I-65 South – Heading to Louisville Take exit 5 and turn right onto Veteran’s Parkway. Proceed to Broadway Street and turn right. (Broadway Street turns into Greentree North) Proceed through three-way stop sign. Occupational Medicine Physicians is located on the immediate left. From Charlestown Road Turn onto Blackiston Mill from Charlestown Road (only one way to turn). Turn left onto Potters Lane (which turns into Greentree North). Proceed through three-way stop. Occupational Medicine Physicians is located on your right immediately before the next three-way stop.

Then, turn left onto Northgate Boulevard and then left on Northgate Court and follow the parking lot to the front of the building (same building as Kleinert/Kutz Hand Care). Occupational Medicine Physicians is located on the first floor. From I-64W – Heading to St. Louis Take I-64W to the I-265E exit. Take Grant Line Rd. exit and turn right. Directions: From I-65 North – Heading to Indianapolis Take exit 19 and turn right onto Highway 60. Proceed ½ mile to Highway 31 and turn left. Go 8½ miles and turn left onto Fairground Road. Occupational Medicine Physicians is located on the left.
From I-65 South – Heading to Louisville Take exit 29 and turn left onto State Road 56. Proceed ½ mile to Highway 31 and turn right. Go 1 mile and turn right onto Fairground Road (just beyond the Scott County Fairgrounds). Occupational Medicine Physicians is located on the left.
