How long it takes and what happens
Time: Usually up to 30 minutes.
The fit test is qualitative or quantitative, whichever your employer's program requires, and checks that the respirator seals to your face. If your employer ordered a respirator clearance, a clinician reviews your OSHA respirator questionnaire before the test. N95 masks are fit tested the same way.
Where results go
The result goes to the people your employer named after the visit. Results are never posted on this website.
