How the program works

  • Medication with medical oversight

Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, prescribed by one of our nurse practitioners through a licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped to your home, or oral semaglutide. Your progress is monitored along the way.

  • Nutrition and activity coaching

Personalized guidance on food and physical activity, with behavioral coaching for lasting healthy habits.

  • Monthly check-ins

A follow-up every month to track your progress and adjust the plan. Follow-ups can be by telehealth, with an in-person visit at least once a quarter.

Led by Emily Wilson, APRN, and Sandra L. Kapso, APRN, ANP-C.
