The employer portal.
OMP's employer portal shows your company its employees' visits, results, and reports, and lets you request appointments online. Access is by request through the front desk.
What the portal shows
Visits and scheduling: request an appointment for an employee, and see upcoming appointments, past visits, and each visit's summary report.
Reports: DOT exams, hearing conservation, pulmonary function, no-shows and cancellations, workers' comp activity, and injury and illness reports for your company.
Incidents: record a new injury or illness, update it, and look back at past incidents.
Employee information: each employee's visit history, incident history, and job risk information.
The home page flags what's new: appointment requests waiting on OMP, confirmed appointments, new results, and new documents.
Drug screen results are not in the portal. They come to you through eScreen.
An appointment request in the portal is not an authorization. OMP still needs your authorization for the visit.
The portal is a separate system with its own login. Results are never posted on this website.
How to get access
Access is by request. Call the front desk and ask for an employer portal login for your company.
Logins are set up company by company, so you see only your own employees.
The portal is opening to employers in stages. If it is not open to your account yet, the front desk will tell you when it is.

Call the front desk at 812.271.4240, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and ask for an employer portal login.
