Injury visit
If you were hurt at work and your employer sent you to OMP.
If this is an emergency, call 911 first.
- When
- Walk in during clinic hours Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. An acute injury near closing time is still seen. Your employer can also schedule the visit.
- How long
- Up to an hour It depends on the injury. Follow-up visits are usually shorter.
- Bring
- Photo ID Your employer's injury report or authorization if you have it.

- To your employer Work status and restrictions go to the contacts on your employer's account.

How long it takes and what happens
Time: Up to an hour, depending on the injury. A first visit usually takes longer than a follow-up.
After you sign in, staff take your vital signs and bring you to an exam room. A provider examines you and does any procedures you need. You leave with a return-to-work form that lists any restrictions; take it to your employer. OMP also sends a visit summary to your employer by email or fax.
Where results go
Work status and restrictions go to the employer contacts named on your employer's account after the visit. Results are never posted on this website.
