Case Managers and Adjusters · Serving Louisville & Southern Indiana

Clear work status, and ratings you can rely on.

Care guided by ACOEM and ODG, work status to the employer after every visit, and IME and PPI ratings by Dr. McClain.

Every visit ends with a work status. Every claim keeps moving.

Work status after every visit
The employee leaves with a return-to-work form showing any restrictions, and OMP sends a visit summary to the employer by email or fax. When you need the visit records, they go out the day you ask or the next day.
Referrals made for the case, not for revenue
When a claimant needs therapy or imaging, OMP refers them to an outside provider. OMP owns no therapy or imaging services, so a referral is made only because the case calls for it, and care follows ACOEM and ODG guidelines.
IME and PPI ratings
Dr. Dennis McClain, 28 years in occupational medicine, performs independent medical examinations and permanent partial impairment ratings. Call 812.271.4240 to schedule.
Reach the provider
Dr. McClain or one of our nurse practitioners will talk with an adjuster or case manager when a case needs it. Call 812.271.4240 and the front desk arranges it. Case managers and adjusters are welcome to come to appointments with the employee.
