Ashley Gaines

Ashley is a Lead Medical Assistant with 19 years of experience in the medical field, including extensive experience in occupational medicine, orthopedics, podiatry, and ophthalmology. She brings strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and a professional, patient-centered approach to her role.

Ashley is certified in DOT drug screening and Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT), as well as hair follicle and oral fluid drug testing. She is also a certified DOT Drug Screen and Breath Alcohol Testing Train-the-Trainer, allowing her to help educate and train others in these areas. Her extensive occupational medicine knowledge and experience make her a valuable resource for patients, employers, providers, and the clinical team.

As Lead Medical Assistant, Ashley focuses on keeping the clinic organized, efficient, and running smoothly while maintaining a high standard of patient care. She values clear communication, teamwork, accountability, and creating a positive experience for every patient and employer. A Southern Indiana native, Ashley is proud to continue raising her family in the community she grew up in. Family and faith are important parts of her life and influence the way she approaches both her work and the relationships she builds. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family.
